Chica is a multi-talented dog and very obedient. Her nickname is 'Miss Goody Two Shoes'. She participates in Open Obedience shows and became a Test C only dog at 3 years of age. In 1999 she won both her Starter Agility and Starter Jumping classes on the same day to become a Novice Agility Dog. Also in 1999 as a member of the Daventry Wasps Team won the Crufts Flyball Final at her first outing and has subsequently been a member of the team qualifying to run in 2000 and won again in 2001. For Crufts 2002 she ran with the Northants Dogmatics to gain her third Crufts win - a difficult record to beat.
BFA is Chica's great love and she was a member of the PODS 1st team since she was 19 months old, being part of the team to win the Summer Championship 2000. She was awarded a BFA Silver Award in the Summer of 2001, Gold award in 2002, then became the first Molten Magnets dog to reach the ICE BLUE MOON, PLATINUM then PEARL awards. Although she no longer runs with the first team she is still a very capable and experienced dog to have in any team.
